Redbud Renewal

Our Standards

Renewal requires more than fresh paint.

Community Renewal Partnership

Earn rent credits by serving Wynnewood.

Renewal does not stop with the homes we restore.

Through our Community Renewal Partnership, tenants may earn $25 per hour in rent credits, capped at $100 per month, by volunteering with approved local organizations including the Senior Citizen Community Center, Resilient Wynnewood, and the Wynnewood Youth League.

When residents invest their time into the town, we invest back into them. This program exists as an opportunity, not an obligation. Hours must be completed through an approved partner organization and verified before credits are applied.

Families are welcome to participate together. Children who are old enough to volunteer responsibly may contribute hours toward the household's monthly credit, whether they serve alongside a parent or on their own. When families serve together, renewal becomes something that can be modeled and shared across generations.

By serving locally, residents reduce their housing costs while helping strengthen the town they call home.

That is what shared investment looks like.
